Spin Xpress (30 mins)
The Spin Xpress class is a 30-minute session designed to boost your heart rate and improve cardiovascular endurance, helping to strengthen your heart and lungs. This energising exercise session supports overall fitness by enhancing circulation, increasing stamina, and promoting calorie burn. It’s a quick, effective way to stay active and fit exercise into your busy day while improving your long-term health.
Pure Plate 30 (mins)
This full-body workout builds strength, power, balance, and agility using just a weight plate. You’ll perform exercises like squats, lunges, presses, rows, and twists, targeting all major muscle groups. Training with a weight plate improves functional strength, enhances coordination, and engages stabilising muscles, which can help prevent injuries and improve overall movement efficiency. With the flexibility to choose your plate weight, you can tailor the intensity to suit your fitness level and goals for an effective and efficient session.
Spin N Sculpt (50 min)
This dynamic 50-minute class combines cycling and strength training for a full-body workout. You’ll strengthen your legs on the bike one moment and tone your arms the next with light weights and high repetitions. Set to energising music, this high-energy session improves cardiovascular endurance while building muscular endurance and definition, making it an efficient and engaging way to train.
Fit30 (Circuit)
This 30-minute circuit class uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to maximise fat burn and calorie expenditure in half the time of a traditional workout. You’ll target your lower body, upper body, and core while incorporating cardio for a full-body challenge. Every move can be modified, making this class suitable for all fitness levels. It’s an efficient and effective way to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Physio-Led Pilates
A 60-minute class with Hazel Wilson, designed to improve core strength, posture and flexibility. With close supervision and hands-on feedback, this class helps enhance mobility, build stability and reduce injury risk. Regular Pilates practice can also improve balance, coordination and overall movement. Suitable for all abilities.
