Take your fitness to the next level with a structured 6-week programme. Includes weekly weigh-ins on medically certified Tanita scales, tailored nutrition advice, guidance on form and weight selection, and accountability to keep you on track.

  • Spin Xpress: A 30-minute spin class to boost your heart rate and cardio endurance. Get a quick, energising workout that fits into your busy day.
  • Spin N Sculpt: A 50-minute workout combining cycling and light weights. Strengthen your legs on the bike and tone your arms with high-rep exercises to the beat of the music.
  • FIT30 (Circuit): This 30-minute circuit class uses High-Intensity Interval Training to burn fat and calories fast. Work your lower body, upper body, core, and cardio in one efficient session.
  • Pure Plate 30: A full-body workout using only a weight plate. Perform squats, lunges, presses, and rows to build strength, balance, and agility at your own pace.
  • Physio-Led Pilates: A 60-minute class with Hazel Wilson, designed to improve core strength, posture, and flexibility. Enjoy close supervision and hands-on feedback in a smaller, supportive setting. Suitable for all abilities.

Membership Options

  • Premium Plus 3 Classes Membership: Includes full gym access 7 days a week and 3 group classes per month. Flexible rolling contract.
  • Pay As You Go: £7 per class or save with bundles (5 classes for £32.50, 10 for £60).
