On 7th June, we’ll be supporting @sophie_brad_67 in the Race for Life – Moor Park – Preston 5k 2025. You can run, walk, or try the run-walk method known as “Jeffing”. With summer on the horizon, we’re getting ready to launch Summer Sculpt, a focused program designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident as the warmer months approach. Women N Weights (NEXT WORKSHOP)

Women N Weights is all about building strength in a way that feels good and sustainable. These small group sessions are designed to help you feel stronger in your body and more confident in yourself. It is a full-body strength programme that focuses on good form, gradual progress, and smart training. Every session is coached, and every move can be adapted, so you can work at the pace that is right for you. It is about building strength for life, not just for the gym.
