Race for Life – Moor Park – Preston 5k 2025

On 7th June, we’ll be supporting @sophie_brad_67 in the Race for Life – Moor Park – Preston 5k 2025. You can run, walk, or try the run-walk method known as “Jeffing”. Whatever your pace, you can do it! If you’re looking for a new challenge and would like to be part of this amazing event, please sign up using the button below.

Small Group Training

Our 6-week Small Group Training block is back. These weekly sessions combine structured strength work, progress tracking and nutrition guidance, all in a supportive group setting. It’s designed to help you stay consistent, build confidence, and see steady results.

Women N Weights

Women N Weights is all about building strength in a way that feels good and sustainable. These small group sessions are designed to help you feel stronger in your body and more confident in yourself. It is a full-body strength programme that focuses on good form, gradual progress, and smart training. Every session is coached, and every move can be adapted, so you can work at the pace that is right for you. It is about building strength for life, not just for the gym.
