Our 6-week Small Group Training block is back. These weekly sessions combine structured strength work, progress tracking and nutrition guidance, all in a supportive group setting. It’s designed to help you stay consistent, build confidence, and see steady results.

Women N Weights
Women N Weights is all about building strength in a way that feels good and sustainable. These small group sessions are designed to help you feel stronger in your body and more confident in yourself. It is a full-body strength programme that focuses on good form, gradual progress, and smart training. Every session is coached, and every move can be adapted, so you can work at the pace that is right for you. It is about building strength for life, not just for the gym.
